Seafood Vermicelli

A spicy and rich seafood dish. There was once a lady who invented this special recipe to impress her father-in-­law as he loves seafood. The dish was perfected over time and made simple to cook using this 招牌Sauce!

1 Seafood Vermicelli Sauce

1 Squid

2 Prawns

6 Clams

50 g Vermicelli

50 g Pork

200 g Cabbage


1Put all the ingredients in a pot.

2Add in the Seafood Vermicelli Sauce.

3Bring to boil.

4Simmer till semi-dry.
