Chai Chee Lor Bak Sauce


Braising sauce is a comfort food traditionally prepared among the Chinese since olden days of Singapore. Families would brew the sauce in a pot, then slow cook with their favourite ingredients to soak up the goodness. Grandpa Woo uses this 招牌Sauce to braise whenever his children comes to visit.
